NLP is fast, affective and result driven. It is best used for one specific issue at a time, but often there are conscious and unconscious associations to other areas of your life that impacts a particular issue you are working on and, therefore you may need more sessions. To overcome or change a particular issue using NLP, Vanessa recommends you plan to have at least six sessions for best results. However, you may not need all six sessions, or you may need more as it very much depends on the individual’s response to the new change.
