NLP-Hypnosis will be given to relax and guide you to visualise your new life. Apply NLP to achieve the positive intention to become a non-smoker, reframe thoughts, imprints and impressions of the past smoking life and gain acceptance at the subconscious level with the new belief. Finally, embed positive suggestions and affirmations as a non-smoker. You will also be given Vanessa’s stop smoking CD to reinforce the work done in the session. The second session is an opportunity to review and address the changes and reinforce the client’s new non-smoking lifestyle.
