RELATIONSHIP Our relationships are formed from birth and impact our happiness from the core of our being. When it is going well we feel great and when we don’t it can impact all of our senses and send it to disarray, heartbreak, and despair. Relationship problems can affect you as a couple, with your children, colleagues at work and with friends. Often we try and rationalise our feelings and end up hurt, unheard, angry, guilty and even resentful. Relationship problems can range from being jealous, possessive, controlling and insecure to having communication and miss-understandings as a barrier to healthy and loving relationships. As you will be entering a confidential relationship with Vanessa on an individual or in couple therapy the methods of treatment may include: Counselling using psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment and developmental theory and Gestalt therapy. In addition, you can fast-track some of the therapies by incorporating NLP and Hypnotherapy to your treatment. These therapeutic methods can help you heal and change the patterns of relationship breakdowns by resolving the past and maintaining great relationships in the future.
