STRESS Stress is the modern life health problem experienced by millions of people in the developing world. The continuing growth of daily living in stress by 70% to 85% of people is a serious cause of concern and illness. Stress impacts on our mental, emotional and physical self and for many people stress adds to depression, heart problems, anxiety, insomnia, tiredness, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, burn-out to name a few.
